1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nature Isle Pool Service LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website and services.
2. Services Provided
Nature Isle Pool Service provides professional pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- • Weekly and bi-weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- • Chemical testing, balancing, and treatment
- • Equipment inspection, repair, and replacement
- • Pool automation and lighting installation
- • Salt water system conversions
- • Emergency pool services
3. Service Agreements & Scheduling
All recurring maintenance plans require a signed service agreement. Key terms include:
- • Access: Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the pool area on scheduled service days.
- • Pets: All pets must be secured during service visits for the safety of our technicians.
- • Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule visits missed due to weather or access issues.
- • Cancellation: Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service pricing is based on pool size, condition, and the scope of work required. Payment terms include:
- • Monthly maintenance plans are billed at the beginning of each service month.
- • One-time services and repairs are billed upon completion.
- • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
- • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence in every service visit, please note:
- • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or equipment failures beyond our control.
- • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
- • We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
- • Customers are responsible for disclosing any known hazards or conditions on their property.
6. Warranty on Repairs
Equipment repairs and installations performed by Nature Isle Pool Service carry a 90-day labor warranty from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are handled separately and vary by product. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nature Isle Pool Service LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
